WHAT WE DO.....

What is CrossFit? The textbook definitin of CrossFit is that CrossFit is a core strength and conditioning program designed around functional movements executed at a high intensity. Although the previous statement may accurately describe CrossFit, we'd like to expand on that definition. CrossFit is the best fitness program available. As previously mentioned, CrossFit's workouts are based on functional movements. What this means is that the exercises are based on movements that are used in everyday life. Whether you're a seasoned athlete or have never worked out, CrossFit is for you.

CrossFit is for everyone, regardless of fitness background or experience. Because we base our workouts on functional movements, every workout and movement is scalable to your needs. CrossFit is not like your ordinary "gym". Unlike most gyms where you come in and are left to figure out what exercises you should perform, CrossFit workouts are conducted in a classroom setting where our Coaches help you through every step of the workout. Basically, you receive Personal Training in a group setting.

Whatever your fitness goals are, the Coaches at CrossFit Penrith are here to draw forth the inner athlete within and help you at every step of the way.

WHO WE ARE.....

At CrossFit Penrith we are a team of athletes, all ages, shapes and sizes. We consider everyone that walks through our doors an athlete and a part of the team, from our teenagers right up to our oldest athlete Margaret at 79 years old.
